Shaun Martheze

Shaun Martheze is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in supply planning and demand management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Leader of Supply Planning for Africa at LIXIL since June 2021, Shaun previously held key roles at AutoZone South Africa, where responsibilities included national buying for service parts and managing supplier negotiations. Prior experience includes significant positions at Pick n Pay, where Shaun oversaw demand planning for multiple categories and led a team of demand planners. Additional experience includes demand planning at Daymon Worldwide and recruitment consulting at Contract Accountants. Shaun holds a BCom in Management from UNISA.
