Tomoaki Hirata

Tomoaki Hirata is an experienced professional in product development and operations, currently serving as the Leader and Head of the New Business for Water-related Products at LIXIL since October 2017, focusing on creating user-centric products and accelerating their market entry. Previously, Tomoaki was the Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager at FOVE, where contributions included building the company from inception and leading various business aspects. Prior experience at ABeam Consulting involved IT consulting with a specialization in accounting for global corporations, encompassing project development and managerial accounting in Malaysia. Tomoaki holds a Diploma in Product Management from OpenClassrooms, a Master of Engineering in City Planning from Nihon University, and has participated in exchange programs at Western Michigan University and the University of Cambridge.
