Devayani subramaniam

Devayani Subramaniam has over 9 years of work experience in Human Resources. Devayani began their career in 2012 as an HR Executive at Celcom, where they managed HR operations for all internal staff and coordinated with employment and advertising agents. In 2013, they joined ManpowerGroup as an Assistant Manager - Special Project (HRBP) and Assistant Manager Recruitment. In this role, they partnered with leaders and line managers to provide thought and solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organization plans, monitored overall staffing numbers, advised hiring managers on interviewing techniques, and supervised a recruiting team. Devayani then moved to Senior Executive Human Resources and sourced, interviewed, and selected applicants for various job orders. In 2022, they joined Lizard Global as a Talent Manager.

Devayani Subramaniam holds a Master in Human Resources Management and Services from Asia e University, which they obtained between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they obtained an Executive Diploma in Human Resourse Management from Universiti Malaya between 2013 and 2014.
