Greg Presnell Pe

Greg Presnell, PE, is currently serving as the Vice President of Land Development at LJA since December 2023. Prior to this role, Greg served as Principal and Civil/Site Lead at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. from August 2015 to December 2023, and worked as a Project Manager at CDM Smith from May 2004 to August 2015, where responsibilities included managing site development projects and leading the site development group. Earlier in Greg's career, from 1999 to 2004, a position as a Civil Designer at KBJM Architects involved conducting construction administration and providing civil site design for various projects in East Tennessee. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1994 and 1999.
