O'Haver W possesses extensive experience in safety and management roles, currently serving as a Safety Trainer at LJB Inc. since September 2022. Previously, O'Haver worked at Commercial Metals Company in various safety coordination positions from August 2016 to September 2022. A background as a Safety Engineer and Safety System Trainer at Sherwin Alumina Company from 2013 to 2016 complements experience gained in the United States Marine Corps as a 4th MAW Plans Chief and Quality Assurance Inspector. O'Haver's earlier career includes roles as Division Manager in Power Plants, focusing on Lean Six Sigma implementation and personnel management, and within the U.S. Marines as Production Control Supervisor and Military Occupational Specialty Manager and Instructor. O'Haver holds a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned between 2006 and 2013.
