Steve Metz

Steve Metz has over three decades of experience in waste management and sales operations. Steve has held various leadership positions in companies such as Waste Management, Lube-Tech, and Shred-it USA. Steve's experience includes leading large teams, managing P&L, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing acquisitions and integrations. Steve is currently serving as the CEO and Board Member at LJP Waste Solutions. Steve's educational background includes a BA in Sociology from the University of Northern Iowa.
