Phil Young

Phil Young is a seasoned architectural professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Design at LK Architecture since March 2023, Phil has previously held significant positions such as Project Director at Paragon Architecture and President/Director of Architecture at Declination Architects. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations for Bates & Associates, Partner/Vice President at Pellham Phillips Architects and Engineers, and Model Builder at Bass Pro Shops D and D. Phil Young earned a degree in Architecture from Drury University, attending from 1994 to 1999.
