Luka Maljković

Luka Maljković is the Founder of Nonresident Investor, a full-cycle agency that assists foreigners in investing in US Real Estate and maximizing their return on investment. Luka guides clients through the entire process, including establishing LLCs, navigating US real estate law, optimizing ROI, and managing properties. Prior to this, Luka was a Co-Founder of Addria in 2019 and Co-Founder of LKnet Software Solutions in 2014.

Luka Maljković completed their high school education at the University Mediterranean, Faculty of Information Technology from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Information Technology. Before that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Gymnasium Slobodan Skerović in Podgorica, Montenegro, for their high school education. The field of study during this period is not specified.
