Cecilia Mendoza

Cecilia Mendoza is currently the Director Internal Communications & Inclusion at LKQ Corporation. Prior to this role, Cecilia held various positions at Republic Services including Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness. With a background in marketing and communication, Cecilia has also worked at the Institute for Supply Management and Fry's Food and Drug. Cecilia has a Bachelor's degree in Communication/French from Arizona State University and has completed a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University. Throughout their career, Cecilia has focused on developing effective training and learning solutions in collaboration with internal customers, subject matter experts, teammates, and learners.
