Eric st-Pierre

Eric St-Pierre, CRHA has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Eric began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Commission des transports du Quebec, where they worked for three years. During that time, they were involved in various HR tasks, including service quality management, strategic planning, and organizational development. Eric also conducted surveys on the VIXIT management system and services provided by the Table patronale en santé et sécurité du travail for government ministries and organizations.

Following their role at the Commission des transports du Quebec, Eric St-Pierre joined LKQ Corporation as the Director of Human Resources for Canada. In this position, they led the HR function, overseeing a multidisciplinary HR team at different locations in Canada. LKQ Corporation is a global distributor of replacement parts, accessories, and paint products for power equipment. Eric's responsibilities at LKQ included managing the HR team, collaborating with colleagues worldwide, and supporting the company's operations in Canada with a workforce of over 45,000 employees.

Eric St-Pierre, CRHA holds a Master's degree in Administration from École Nationale d'administration publique, which they completed from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières between 1988 and 1990. In addition to their formal education, Eric St-Pierre has also obtained certifications, including being an Accountability - Oz Principle facilitator from Partner in Leadership in 2013 and being a Conseiller en relations industrielles agréé from Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés in 1998.
