Fernando R. has a diverse and extensive background in HR technology and systems management. Fernando began their career as an HRIS Analyst at The Hudson Group in 2006 and gradually rose through the ranks, eventually becoming the Director of HRIS & Payroll. In this role, they managed a $1.2M budget and nine staff members.

Lastly, they served as the Director of Human Resources (HR) Technology, overseeing HRIS, Workforce Management, and Payroll across North America, Mexico, and Guatemala. In this role, they led the modernization of HR systems, spearheaded an enterprise system upgrade, and advised on technology optimization and business strategy.
