Myriam Declerck

Myriam Declerck, CIA, CRMA, CCSA, CFE, currently serves as the Global Manager of Security and Governance Assessment at LKQ Corporation since February 2018, where responsibilities include assessing information security and governance risks and developing evaluation frameworks. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Internal Auditor for Acticall Sitel France overseeing EMEA and LATAM regions, and as an Internal Auditor for Fiat Group, focusing on compliance with SOX regulations. Earlier positions include Export Finance Manager at Case New Holland Construction Equipment India, where management of credit and financial operations was key, as well as roles in logistics, project management, and internships in legal and financial contexts.
