Wendy Ferrell

Wendy Ferrell, SHRM-CP, PMP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Sr Mgr of HRIS at LKQ Corporation since July 2013. In this role, Wendy leads a team of HR Coordinators, manages HR systems, and provides training to managers on various HR-related topics. Previous positions at LKQ Corporation include Regional Human Resources Manager and Corporate Senior Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, compliance, and project management across multiple states. Wendy began their career in retail as a Receiving Team Lead and holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a BS from Middle Tennessee State University.
