Jakub Marczak

Jakub Marczak has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in HR data, systems, and processes. Currently serving as Head of HR Data, Systems & Process at LKQ Europe since July 2021, Jakub previously held the roles of HR Data & Systems Manager Europe and HR Data Analyst within the same organization. Prior to joining LKQ Europe, Jakub worked at DYWIDAG as an HR Controlling Specialist and at Saint-Gobain, where responsibilities included coordinating personnel administration and HR analytics. Jakub began a career in HR at General Motors, progressing from HR Administrator to HR Specialist and HR Coordinator between January 2015 and July 2017.
