Miriam Ballesteros Pereña

Miriam Ballesteros Pereña has a diverse work experience in human resources. Miriam is currently working as an HR Manager at APD S.A., starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Llewo from August 2019 to June 2023.

Miriam also had significant experience as a Human Resources Specialist at SISTEPLANT from December 2017 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Setolazar Energía y Medioambiente from November 2016 to December 2017.

In their earlier career, Miriam held the position of Human Resources Administrator at Obrascón Huarte Laín, S.A. (OHL) from September 2014 to October 2016. Miriam was also assigned as an HR employee on a temporary project at The Coca-Cola Company in June and July 2014.

Miriam started their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Unique, where they focused on selection and administrative tasks from June 2012 to November 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter at Accenture from July 2008 to January 2009.

Miriam Ballesteros Pereña completed their Licenciatura in Sociology at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2005 to 2011. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master's in Human Resources Management, specializing in Human Resources Development, at Colegio de Sociólogos y Politólogos de Madrid. From 2017 to 2018, Miriam enrolled in a Master's program in Occupational Risk Prevention, focused on Occupational Health and Risk Prevention, at Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes.
