Vanessa Álvarez Soler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent engagement and digital communications. Currently serving as Talent Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant at LLYC since February 2010, Vanessa specializes in enhancing employer branding, employee experience projects, and digital positioning for executives. Additional roles include serving as a guest professor in Employer Branding at ESIC Business & Marketing School and previous experience in communication management at Fundación OSC and as a writer and production assistant at RNE and TVE, respectively. Vanessa holds advanced degrees in Public Communication, Journalism, and Audiovisual Communication from esteemed institutions, along with participation in an emerging leaders program at Esade.
