Earl Shindruk

Earl Shindruk is a Partner and Senior Benefits Advisor at Lloyd Sadd, specializing in Employee Benefits for clients in Western Canada since August 2023. With extensive experience in the field, Earl has contributed as a guest speaker at CPHR Alberta events, focusing on employee benefits since October 1998. Earl serves in various associations, including CHPR Alberta and the Edmonton Business Association, where Earl has been a board member for several years. Additionally, Earl has been active at MacEwan University as a guest speaker and sessional instructor, teaching courses on Group Benefits and Introduction to Human Resources. Earl founded Optimax Benefits in October 1998 with a mission to assist companies in attracting and retaining employees. Earl holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Alberta and completed the first two years of a Bachelor of Commerce at Red Deer Polytechnic.
