Melissa Matos, CSP is the Vice President of Operations at Lloyd Staffing. With a background in staffing and talent acquisition, Melissa has extensive experience in providing contract talent engagements, direct hire placements, retained executive searches, and custom programs to meet the needs of organizations. Prior to their current role, Melissa worked as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Eden Staffing. Melissa holds a degree from Long Island University and has been a valuable asset to Lloyd Staffing since February 2002.
