Damian Joseph Bridgeman Frsa Fiol

Damian Joseph Bridgeman FRSA FIoL is a seasoned professional dedicated to promoting accessibility and social equity. Currently serving as Co-Director of The Purple Pound Foundation CIC, Deputy Chair of the RSA Fellowship Council, and Chief Executive of Freedom 365 Ltd., Damian is committed to addressing societal challenges through innovative approaches. Additional roles include chairing the housing task force for the Disability Rights Task Force and being a board member of the National Centre for Accessible Transport. Damian also contributes to various organizations, such as being a non-executive director at Llamau, a member of the Wales Advisory Board for Lloyds Bank Foundation, and an assembly member for Scope. With a background in community studies, Damian co-founded Executive Coaching 365 to provide professional coaching solutions in the UK and internationally, and serves as a school governor at The Cavendish High Academy.
