Amelia Johnson is an accomplished UX designer with extensive experience in leading design teams and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Lead UX Designer at Lloyds Banking Group since August 2025, Amelia previously held the position of Head of Design and Research at cinch, where significant contributions were made in building the design team and aligning design efforts with business objectives. Amelia's experience also includes roles as UX Manager for Insurance at Moneysupermarket Group, Senior UX Consultant at DEPT®, Senior UX Designer at Booking.com, and Senior Experience Designer at Assisted Ltd. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Coventry University, completed in 2010.
