Markus Egerter is a Lead UX Designer at OTTO since September 2025, with extensive experience in the field of design and user experience. Previously, Markus served as the Principal Visual/UX Designer at HERE Technologies from October 2014 to August 2025, where significant contributions included advancing HERE Mapmaking from MVP to beta release and managing the design system for web applications. Earlier roles include Senior Art Director at icon incar and Razorfish, where Markus led design teams and collaborated with major brands such as Audi and McDonald's. As the founder and Creative Director of Mingmekka, a design studio in Berlin, Markus focused on digital experiences and corporate identity projects. With a degree in Communications Design from the University of Applied Sciences in Freiburg, Markus has also developed award-winning projects across various design disciplines.
