Beth Yiannou

Beth Yiannou has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Risk Manager and Team Manager at Lloyds Banking Group since January 2016, leading teams of complaint handling specialists and financial ombudsman specialists while deputising for the operations manager. Prior to this role, Beth was a Bank Manager responsible for managing the daily operations across three busy branches. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Senior Personal Banking Advisor and Personal Banking Advisor at Lloyds Bank from February 2013 to January 2016, and as a Promotional Manager and Sales Executive at Novus Leisure between March 2012 and February 2013. Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff, completed in 2012.
