Emma Jakob

Emma Jakob has over a decade of experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as Lab Product Owner at Lloyds Banking Group since September 2012. Throughout Emma's career at Lloyds, various roles have included Senior Product Owner for both the Transformation teams in Commercial Banking & Financial Markets and Credit Cards, as well as Product Manager for Personal Current Accounts and Digital Channel/eCommerce Manager. Earlier professional experiences include social media and marketing at Stratex Systems and customer services support at Rio Tinto Alcan, where French language skills were utilized. Emma's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in French Studies from The University of Manchester.
