Lindsay Smith

Lindsay Smith currently serves as the Head of People for Consumer Lending at Lloyds Banking Group, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Lindsay held the position of Head of HR on secondment at Business in the Community from July 2019 to May 2020. Lindsay's extensive career at Lloyds Banking Group also includes roles as HR Business Partner for Group IT & Chief Security Office, HR Manager for Consumer Finance, and Local Mortgage Manager from September 2008 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager at Halifax from September 2001 to August 2008.
