Tamour Malik

Tamour Malik is currently the Head of Design for Commercial Banking at Lloyds Banking Group, a role focused on enhancing customer-centricity within the organization since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Customer Experience at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from July 2016 to May 2023, and holding senior managerial positions in Experience Design at Publicis Sapient, where Tamour led digital transformation initiatives in the Financial Services sector from June 2011 to April 2016. Previous roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and Accenture involved consulting and experience design, beginning in 2006 and 2004, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Digital Disruption and Platforms Programme from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Computing from Brunel University London.
