Ursula Dolton

Ursula Dolton is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various roles across the banking, charity, and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Technology Platform Director for the Insurance, Pensions & Investments division at Lloyds Banking Group, Ursula has also held titles such as Strategy and Infrastructure Adoption Director and Technology Strategy Delivery. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer and Director of IT and Business Change at the British Heart Foundation, Ursula led significant technology initiatives. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director at CAF Bank, Associate Director of Programme Management at the University of East London, and Global Senior Project Manager at Citi. Ursula holds a PhD in IT and Business from the University of Warwick and an MBA in International Business from Birmingham City University.
