Zoë Andrews

Zoë Andrews is an Associate Director in Business & Commercial Digital Channels at Lloyds Banking Group since September 2017, where responsibilities include driving digital origination and leading design principles for improvement. With experience in various roles such as Service Design Lead and Assistant Manager, Zoë has a strong background in human-centered design, service initiatives, and team management within commercial banking. Prior to her current role, Zoë interned in Business Management and Customer Operations at Lloyds and worked as a Specialist at Apple, focusing on customer service. Zoë holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Management and Business Analysis from the University of Strathclyde and a Professional Diploma in Banking and Finance from LIBF.
