Vidya Rao

Vidya Rao currently serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Lloyd's List Intelligence since October 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Legal for UK and International Commercial at PSI Services LLC from January 2020 to October 2023, and Group Legal Counsel at Cubiks from April 2019 to October 2023. Vidya was Sole Legal Commercial Counsel at Redwood Technologies from February 2018 to March 2019, and held the position of Corporate Associate at Kemp Little LLP and Slaughter and May between February 2016 and January 2016. Early career experience includes a role as Software Developer at Force10 Networks from March 2004 to September 2009. Vidya Rao's educational background includes a LPC from BPP University, an LLB from King's College London, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and a B.E in Computer Science from P.E.S Institute of Technology.
