Toby Rougier

Toby Rougier serves as the Chief Executive Officer at LDC and Chair of both Citra Living Limited and Housing Growth Partnership since January 2021. With a robust background in banking and corporate development, Toby held several key roles at Lloyds Banking Group from September 2011 to September 2021, including Group Corporate Treasurer and Managing Director positions in both Consumer & Commercial Cards and Group Corporate Development. Prior experience includes a tenure at Santander UK as Managing Director of Strategy and Corporate Banking from September 2003 to August 2011, and a consulting role at McKinsey & Company from 1995 to 2003. Toby's career began at Baring Brothers in Banking and Capital Markets from 1990 to 1995. Toby holds a BSc in Engineering from Durham University, completed in 1990, and attended Marlborough College from 1981 to 1986.
