Sougata Sen

Sougata Sen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Lloyds Technology Centre India since November 2024. Previous experience includes significant roles at Hexaware Technologies, where Sougata held multiple leadership positions in recruitment from 2021 to 2024, and at Encora Inc. as a Director focusing on talent acquisition and account management from 2020 to 2021. As a co-founder of FSR International, contributions were made in business development and talent management between 2018 and 2019. Additional experience encompasses HR and talent acquisition roles at Unisys, GENPACT LLC, NetApp, and the Indian Government’s National e-Governance Plan. Sougata holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Management at GLA University.
