Sabira Rouf has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Sabira started their career at East London Business Alliance as part of the EaGLES Graduate Scheme. At Deutsche Bank, they held several roles including Charities and Fundraising Coordinator and Charities and Fundraising Manager. During their time at Deutsche Bank, they focused on building stakeholder networks, managing campaigns and events, and grant giving. Sabira then moved on to House of Fraser as the Foundation Lead, where they oversaw income generation, finance and budgeting, employee engagement, and grant-making projects. At Vodafone, they worked as the Sustainable Business Manager, playing a key role in developing and delivering the company's Foundation strategy and Sustainable Business programs. Currently, they are the Head of Global Community Engagement at Lloyd's, leading the social impact strategy and overseeing all aspects of global charitable giving. Sabira is responsible for managing and assessing the impact of various charitable organizations and leading employee engagement initiatives. Throughout their career, Sabira has demonstrated their expertise in social impact, stakeholder management, fundraising, and strategic development.

Sabira Rouf completed their BSc Honours in Biology, General from Queen Mary University of London from 2006 to 2009. Sabira then pursued their further studies in International Development by obtaining a Diploma from the University of London between 2015 and 2017.
