Previously, Justin was an Investment Banking Associate at Truist Securities where he focused on strategic acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and capital raises in the Internet, Media, and Entertainment Group. Prior to Truist, Justin was an Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he focused on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions.
