Michael Norton

Michael Norton is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Head of Secondary at Collegiate International School since December 2023. Concurrently, Michael is an NPQSL Facilitator for Leadership Learning South East, contributing to the NPQSL qualification within the Innoventures Group. Previously, Michael held positions including Deputy Head Teacher at Dubai International Academy and Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Coordinator at GEMS Education. Additional experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Secondary English at Al Dhafra Private School and Assistant Head Teacher at Ernulf Academy. Michael's educational background includes a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Derby and two Bachelor's degrees from Lakehead University in Education and English.
