Ana Garcia Martinez is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in international markets. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager and International Customer Service Team Leader at Lluch Essence since April 2017, Ana has led teams focused on the Asian market and provided services for the Turkish market. Prior to this role, Ana worked at Flexiplas, S.A. as an International Customer Service Specialist from September 2012 to April 2017, managing international client accounts and handling order processing and invoicing. Earlier experience includes a role at Manutan International in customer service for the national market from February 2011 to August 2012. Ana holds a Master in Supply Chain Management from ICIL (2021-2022), a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2011), and a Licentiate degree in Modern Languages from Universidad Metropolitana (2004-2010).
