Sheila Pelletier has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sheila started their career as a Technical Support Manager at Axis Communications, where they managed a team of 7 associates and acted as a Sales Engineer for large-scale sales opportunities. Sheila then moved on to eCopy, where they held the positions of Technical Support Systems Analyst and Technical Support Manager. In these roles, they developed and implemented system tools, supported sales efforts, and supervised a team of technology professionals. Sheila also worked at Nuance Communications as a Customer Support Services Manager, overseeing systems analysis, design, and development services while supervising a team of 3. Sheila later joined the Army National Guard, serving as an Operations NCO and Information Systems Chief. Most recently, they have been working at eRPortal Software Group, LLC as an Application and Implementation Manager, managing customer relationships and overseeing the implementation process. Throughout their career, Sheila has demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills in various industries.
