Diana Holic, HCCP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset management and property oversight. Currently serving as Lease Renewal Manager and previously as Asset Management Analyst at L+M Development Partners Inc. since September 2016, Diana has played a significant role in managing lease renewals and financial operations. Prior experience includes positions at Enterprise Community Asset Management, Inc., where Diana coordinated asset management for a substantial LIHTC portfolio, and at The Habitat Company, where Diana assisted in property management of a large apartment building. Additional roles span various sectors, including real estate, marketing, and communications, with a degree in Speech Communication from Eastern Illinois University.
