Gerry Miceli has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Gerry started their career at Turner Construction Company in 1988 and held various positions, including Field Engineer, Superintendent, and Senior Project Manager, working on a range of projects such as commercial high rise, educational/institutional, and airport construction. In 2006, they joined L+M Development Partners Inc as the Executive Vice President of Construction for the Builders Group. Gerry later became the President of Construction, overseeing the day-to-day operations and helping transform the company into a top residential developer/builder in New York City. Miceli has extensive experience in managing construction activities, staffing, and collaborating with various business units and partners.
Gerry Miceli obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College between 1984 and 1988.
