Jessica Yoon

Jessica Yoon has a diverse work experience background. Jessica started their career in 2010 as a 2010 Corps Member at Teach for America, where they worked until June 2012. Jessica then moved on to Woodward Design+Build, where they worked as a Marketing Coordinator from July 2012 to July 2014, and later became the Marketing and Business Development Manager from July 2014 to May 2015. In 2015, Jessica worked as a Real Estate Intern at WeWork for a few months. Jessica then joined L+M Development Partners LLC. in September 2016 as an Associate Project Manager and worked their way up to become a Project Manager in December 2017, a Senior Project Manager in December 2018, a Director in January 2020, a Senior Director in January 2022, and currently holds the role of Managing Director since January 2024.

Jessica Yoon completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University in 2010. Jessica later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Real Estate Development at Columbia University, which they obtained in 2016.
