Deborah Congden

Deborah Congden is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various controller and CFO roles within the construction and utility sectors. Since April 2022, Deborah serves as the Controller at LMC Industrial Contractors, Inc., previously holding similar positions at Oaks Family Brands and Sessler Wrecking. With a strong background in multi-entity financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis, Deborah has successfully implemented significant operational improvements, such as reducing month-end closing times and enhancing internal accounting efficiencies. Deborah’s financial expertise is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Brockport and an AAS Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Alfred.
