Theresa Simonds, M.S.

Theresa Simonds, M.S. has a wealth of experience in organizational change, knowledge transfer, and communications. Theresa began their career in 1997 as a Manager at the U.S. Energy Information Administration. In 1999, they held a Communications position at the Edison Electric Institute and was a Board of Directors member at the Women's Council on Energy & Environment. Theresa then moved to the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) in 2002 as a Sr. Management Consultant and Manager. In 2006, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Knowledge Leader for Energy, Resources and Industrial sectors (Global). During their time at Deloitte, they also held the roles of Deloitte Wellness Wizard and Power & Utilities Knowledge Sector Leader. In 2020, they founded Jnana Works, Inc. where they worked with clients in Financial Services, Technology, and Advertising in a variety of change and organizational development projects. Currently, they are an Account Director and Organizational Change Management Leader at LMD, supporting the Office of the Chief Information Officer at OPM. Additionally, they are a Corporate Yoga and Meditation Instructor.

Theresa Simonds, M.S. holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, obtained in 1992. Theresa also holds a Master of Science degree in Business Technologies from Marymount University. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yoga Alliance (June 2021), Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise from LinkedIn (October 2020), and Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn (October 2020).
