Nirav V. Shah

Nirav V. Shah began their work experience in 2002 as a Branch Manager at ManpowerGroup, where they worked until 2004. Nirav then joined Ajilon Finance Solutions as a Branch Manager from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they began working at LMG HealthCare, initially as a Business Development Director, where they stayed until 2011. Currently, they serve as the President of Professional Staffing Services at LMG HealthCare, taking on increasing responsibilities and leading the boutique staffing agency. In this role, they develop new corporate business, oversees all placements, and serves as the main liaison to clients.

Nirav V. Shah holds an MBA in Management from Saint Mary's College of California. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara, where they obtained a BA in African-American/Black Studies. Nirav also holds a High School Diploma from Fremont High School.
