Daniel Kamphake

Daniel Kamphake is a Deep/Machine Learning/Computer Vision Engineer at LMIS AG since February 2022, contributing to GAIA-X funding projects with a focus on MLOps, automated quality control using cameras and PyTorch, document digitization with handwriting recognition, optical measurement using stereo cameras and LiDAR, and process mining with Celonis. Prior experience includes a role as a student assistant at Leibniz University Hannover from July 2018 to December 2021, where Daniel worked on Android app development, disease detection using the CheXpert dataset, and teaching responsibilities. Additional roles include working as a student assistant at Goethe Schule Hannover, where support was provided for students in grades 5-12 and participation in RoboCup, and an internship at GRIMME contributing to circuit design and robot development for RoboCup. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Informatics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from Leibniz University Hannover, along with an Abitur from Gymnasium Damme.
