I’m Walt Hensley, CFO of LMNT Energy Inc. I’ve spent over 30 years in finance, guiding companies through everything from lean startup phases to 9-figure expansions. My roots are in manufacturing and energy infrastructure, but I’ve always been drawn to high-integrity operations where the numbers reflect real impact—not just revenue.

Before joining LMNT, I served as CFO for two private equity-backed energy firms, where I oversaw M&A, risk management, and financial strategy during aggressive growth cycles. I’ve led capital raises, implemented scalable financial systems, and built finance teams from the ground up. But I still treat every dollar like it’s my own.

I joined LMNT Energy because I believe in what Abraham and the leadership team are building: a company with grit, transparency, and long-term vision. My job is to ensure that vision is sustainable, profitable, and protected. I bring conservative discipline to an ambitious operation—because big dreams still need solid books
