Rajat Narula has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rajat most recently worked as the Director of Tech Ops at LMS, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the DevOps Manager at the same company from January 2020 to June 2021. Before joining LMS, Inc., Rajat held the position of Guest Experience Operations Expert at the company from October 2018 to January 2020.

Rajat's career began in 1999 as a Marketing and Business Development Executive at S.B. PACKAGINGS LIMITED, where they worked until December 2001. Rajat then held various roles in the hospitality industry, starting as the Assistant Front Office Manager and Night Audit Manager at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa from March 2005 to January 2007. Rajat then worked as the Assistant Front Office Manager and Night Manager at The Raleigh Group from February 2007 to April 2009.

From April 2009 to April 2012, Rajat held the role of IT Manager, Reservations Manager, and Front Office Manager at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Rajat then joined Chetrit Group in April 2012 as a Technology Consultant and Project Manager, where they worked until October 2018.

In March 2014, Rajat became the General Manager of The Tides South Beach, a position they held until October 2018. Prior to that, they also served as the Front Office Manager and Technology Consultant at the same company from April 2012 to February 2014. Throughout their career, Rajat has gained expertise in technology, operations management, and guest experience, making him a valuable asset in the hospitality and tech industry.

Rajat Narula has a diverse education history spanning different fields of study. In 1985, they obtained a High School Degree with a major in Accounting from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan-Delhi Kendra. Following this, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) with honors in Statistics at Hindu College. Moving forward, in 2002 and 2003, Rajat Narula attended the IHTTI School of Hotel Management, where they focused on International Hotel Operations in the field of Hospitality Administration/Management. Lastly, in 2017 and 2018, they engaged in Continuing Education at the University of Miami to acquire skills in Full Stack Web Development, specifically in Web Development-Frontend and Backend.
