Bahubali Janaj has over 13 years of experience in the engineering field. Starting as an Operating Engineer at Schaeffler, Bahubali later took on the role of Maintenance Engineer at Jabil Circuits India pvt ltd. Pune before moving on to LMT Tools where Bahubali currently holds the position of Junior Manager. In their current role, Bahubali is responsible for carrying out breakdown maintenance, spares procurement, and maintaining all documents related to 5S and ISO.
