James Morris

James Morris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and investment banking in the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations at LNG Energy Group since August 2023, James is also engaged as a Specialized Consultant for Lewis Energy Colombia Inc. in Bogota, Colombia. Previously, James held positions as an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as a Capital Markets Summer Associate at KARBONE, where expertise in financial modeling and renewable energy asset analysis was demonstrated. Early career roles at Energen as a Field Specialist and District Engineer provided valuable insights into field operations and artificial lift efficiency in oil and gas. James holds an MBA in Investment Banking from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
