Niketa Girvasiya

Niketa Girvasiya is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and personnel management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Executive at LNJ Bhilwara Group since February 2021, Niketa specializes in end-to-end recruitment, operational processes, attendance management, and joining formalities. Prior to this role, Niketa worked as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Innovision Limited from September 2017 to July 2020, where responsibilities included recruitment administration, onboarding, exit formalities, documentation, attendance and leave management, as well as payroll processing. Niketa holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Motivational Pathway, completed between 2015 and 2017.
