Puja Bali is an experienced IT professional currently serving as DM Corporate IT Services at LNJ Bhilwara Group since January 2016. Previously, Puja held the position of Manager - Support Services at Prospecta Software, focusing on application support and service desk operations. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Team Leader at IGATE Global Solutions Ltd., where responsibilities involved customer service management and service enhancement, and as a Service Desk Analyst at Wipro Infotech Ltd., managing helpdesk activities and incident management.
