Songkran Sripanya

Songkran Sripanya has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career in 2003 at True Corporation as a Senior System Analyst, where they designed and maintained the AMDOCs billing system. In 2010, they became a Freelance Software Developer before joining OpenBet Ltd (Part of NYX Gaming Group) in 2011. At OpenBet, they held various positions including Senior Software Engineer and Stream Lead, where they were responsible for the solution design, development best practices, code review, and defect management. They also worked on complex systems involving integration with betting regulatory interfaces. In 2018, Songkran joined SG Digital as a Development Lead, where they led and managed agile teams in multiple geographical locations. Their responsibilities included line management, technical delivery, software development processes, and client interaction. Currently, they are a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at OpenBet.

Songkran Sripanya holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, which was obtained from 1996 to 2000. Songkran then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Information Science, from the same institute, completing it from 2000 to 2003. Later, they attended the University of Surrey from 2009 to 2010 and earned a Master of Science degree with Distinction in Internet Computing.

In addition to their formal education, Songkran Sripanya has obtained certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in March 2021, and the Functional Programming Principles in Scala certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2016.
