Sebastian Pinos Bernal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sebastian started their career as a Field Sales Representative at AGF in 2013, where they excelled in engaging potential leads and achieved high sales rankings. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service representative at Radikal dezzertz, providing excellent support to customers and promoting the brand's products and services.

From 2014 to 2018, Sebastian worked at the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration as a Socio-Economic Agent. Sebastian managed a large number of international accounts, ensuring smooth communication in multiple languages and fostering strong client relationships. Sebastian was also sought after to support various departments within the ministry due to their communication and time management skills.

Sebastian then joined Valnet in 2018, initially as a Digital Media Specialist and later as a Product Manager. Sebastian played a key role in analyzing data, both quantitative and qualitative, to drive data-driven storytelling and identify opportunities for brand positioning and content optimization. Sebastian Pinos Bernal began their education in 2014 at Université de Montréal, where they studied Psychology. Sebastian then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing at HEC Montréal from 2015 to 2018.
